Harwood Building Control Approved Inspectors Ltd (HBCAI) was established in late 2005.  The name ‘Harwood’ comes from the original founders,  the Company Secretary’s maiden name ‘Harris’ and the Managing Directors surname ‘Woodward’.  HBCAI joins its parent company Harwood Construction Consultancy Services Ltd (HCCS).

HBCAI is approved by the Construction Industry Council to carry out the building control function as Corporate Approved Inspectors.

With more than 30 years combined experience in local authority and private sector building control, HBCAI will provide clients with a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise and take pride in our ability to deliver excellence and specifically tailored solutions.
