Harwood Building Control Approved Inspectors Ltd (HBCAI) will always conduct its business ethically and in a professional, fair and proper manner following the Construction Industry Council’s ‘Code of Conduct for Approved Inspectors’ and The Association of Corporate Approved Inspectors ‘Code of Practice for members’.

We will maintain our independence and professional integrity to enhance the reputation of the Building Control profession.  Acting in the best interests of the construction industry and building users.  Whilst never acting in a way to supplant another Building Control Body, nor win work on the basis of interpretation of the Building Regulations.
